This law suit is being filed on behalf of about 24 regular people who visit a park in Sacrament called Cesar Chevez park. a park named for the Mexican-American who fought so hard to get farmer workers living wages pay and better health and safer work place conditions unions for the grape workers.
They hold special celebrations in this park and they have fresh farm products markets one day a week during certain times of the year for which this market's season just ended.It is a public park and these citizens wants the state to recognize it as a PUBLIC PARK AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE DONE UNTIL NOW!!
