Annie Ilonzeh may not be a household name yet, but with a little luck to go along with her beauty and talent she may well be very soon. Born in 1983 to a Nigerian father and a white American mother Annie is part of the new generation of mixed race, beautiful African American women. Blessed with beautiful naturally curly hair, flawless skin and a sweet innocent smile, Annie is a natural head turner.

Her chosen profession is acting, and she made her television debut in 2007 on an episode of How I Met Your Mother. Since then she has been seen in several television shows to include Melrose Place and her two-year stint as Maya Ward on the soap opera General Hospital. Currently Annie is drawing attention as the first African American Angel on the television remake of the 1970’s hit Charlie’s Angels.

Annie plays Kate in the new Charlie’s Angels and is proud to play the role that was written for an African American woman. As a self-described rookie in the acting profession, Annie is looking to parlay this role into many more opportunities in television and film. For our sake we hope that she is successful as she certainly has the potential to be a star as well as a role model for the new generation.
