It’s fitting that one of the most sweeping pieces of legislation passed out of Washington for several decades will again become a major issue of the 2012 national elections. The presidency, every seat in Congress and a third of the Senate will be decided in significant part on what we collectively believe the government should do about the costs of financing health care. And it’s almost certain that the U.S. Supreme Court will have its say just a few months before we vote. Stay tuned.
