A shock over the murder of a teenage girl by a 17 year boy has citizens of Expatica France in public shock. A boy named Mattew M. was arrested in Southern France for her crime. The school where the boy attended said they were not aware of his judicial supervison. The body of a teenage girl, 13 year old Agnes was found in a forest nearby the school where the girl had been raped and burned. The French media reported that Matthew M. had a past history of raping a childhood friend and spent four months in custody; but the school he attended knew nothing of the boy's complete past. Parents of the dead girl blames the school for not knowing nature of Matthew's past behavior patterns and said her murder probably could have been prevented. Parents of the troubled youngter said that he had been denied by many other schools.

Yes..both victim and accused so young.
