2011 A Year of Remembering....

Greetings!

This 2011 year draws to a close in only a few more days and with the year's end days follows hopeful days of new beginnings. In reflecting over the year, national and world wide governments, and political reprise, were or defined with outcomes and changes. Days were surrounded with challenges, hopes, dreams and despair. In the world we saw a great fall of two dictators to their death, and one whom surrendered from power of authority over people's cry for freedom. Reflections shown in the year also were right here in this connection site where many voiced opinions in their writings, some agreed to disagree, some slandered, some pointed out their ideals dreams and others voiced pros and cons of things involving world issues and all kind of rhetoric from A-Z. Religions and faiths always made a page full of topic discussions and some educated in points of practices and historic revelation. Some opinions dealt with racism and prejudices in every kind and sort. Some never finding solutions topics voiced with personal and professional growth. Yet, all the same educating each other was a main goal, often when many may have chosen not to adhere. There was much knowlege discovered when love and respect was practiced. Reflections of these characteristics were prominment all year around.

Overall, there was a freedom! We all have been given an opportunity to write, think, dream, teach, feel and express. The birthday wishes, the tears, the touch and go moments all come to mind. That’s worth remembering to me. I thank you for being part of all this connection with me; along with our most generous host. In this 2011 year in remembrance. What an enriching fortitude.

Godspeed.

There was definitely alot of drama to go around not just in the world but on this site, too! I wonder what the NEW YEAR brings for us here with new people joining and with some old ones exiting, eh? Hopefully the return of some that have been on hiatus and in hibernation for the winter. I'd love to see Brother Mozell and Brother Craig Amos and Sister Cynthia Merril make a return!!! They brought a lot of ACTION for us all.

This has been a very fortunate year for those here and those gone. I miss having all of them around. Certainly, I can reflect on those moments!
