"Growing up, there weren't lot of choices", he says. Sometimes not even the choice of where to sleep at night. The third of six kids born of a struggling single mother, he bounced from motel rooms and vans to living in foster homes and with relatives, shuttering between his native St. louis area and Springfield. Things changed in 2006, when Hillcrest head coach John Beckham and his wife, Tracy, opened their home to Dorial and his younger brother Darnell...
this story gets more and more touching as it goes on...and, the moral of tHis story is it takes a whole village to raise a child, but the child must play a major and leading in his/ her own life...
