This exchange got so out of control they had to just go on a recess...
The Democrat who had the floor said that they were going to send a letter to the Koch brothers asking them to answer why they keep saying they have no interest in tis pipelind but continue to go to the Canadian government and trying to influence them into restating what their government have already said on how this pipeline would only be offering at themost 3,500 to 4,000 jobs!
Then right off the bat a Republican just began speaking about they could send a letter, but they had better not try to soubpeno them!!!!!!!!!!!...This led to the Republican saying as the chair he had all the right to do what he wanted and not follow the rules, this caused the recess !
