They all..
Three buildings in Rio's historic section collasped on Wednesday, January 22, 2012 leaving at least 4 dead. However, over the period of the last few days more of the dead are being discovered underneath the crowded rubble. At least 16 were still missing as resusers search frantically through the remains of the three buildings to find life. The recent disaster has world watchers troubled at the infrastructure since Rio is to be hosting of the 2014 World cup and 2016 Summer olympics. The three buildings collasped simultaneously caused havoc and confusion in fear of the site. Causes of the fallen structures have yet to be determined, but reports of possible bombing seemed less likely for the buildings fallings. Police official noted that illegal work had been taking place in the tallest high-rise and may be a contributing factor for the fall and that construction materials may also been related to the incidents. Mayor Eduardo Paes has declared 3 days of mourning from Friday and that some 1,500 tons of debris be taken to a safe site to undergo an extended investigation in this tragedy.
