The Man, The Relationship and the Accountability (Your marriage was destined for trouble)

I often hear people debating on Adam and Eve's situation, we as men sit back and blame the women, the women in return say the man didn't have to listen to Eve. Well... we're both right. True enough, Adam should have held strong on the commandment God gave him, "Adam, of this tree do not touch or eat" nor should Eve have allowed the serpent to betray her, "if she had of listened to her husband, we might would be ok today". Now, the reality IS... it didn't matter who ate of the trees fruit first, who touched it first, it doesn't matter (It was the man's fault) up to a point... and I'll explain why.

If I am the man of my household and I have a relationship with God, and he speaks to me directly (as he did Adam), by spiritual conviction alone I am the spokesman for all tha happens within my house. God gave the directive to Adam, and therefore he had the authority to rule. After all, God had already given Adam power over the animals, the land and all that dwelled within it. So why not trust in him with authority over his own household, surely if he could rule over the lions, bears and all that roamed the wild, surely he could maintain order within his own home...right? Not so simple though... As we all know... Eve was tricked by the serpent and she sinned. (THAT WAS THE DEAL BREAKER)

At this point the union of (marriage) is ultimately excercised. When we get married, we become one. So whether Adam had of sinned along with Eve or not, trouble was on the horizion. One, because the directive was given to Adam (the accountability bearer), two, because they are one and when his wife sinned, he was also tied just as equally to the sin. So Adam also ate of the fruit, (BIG TROUBLE NOW), now he has went against what God ordered him (directly) not to do, and he has allowed Satan to marinate his home with sin (that's what happens when you allow Satan into your home, the evilness spreads).

Ok, now the table is set, the sin is committed and the wrath is coming (this is where it get's good) Cause now being the man takes the secondary place

Now, again... it didn't matter who committed the sin FIRST, the wrath is coming. (WATCH THIS) Now, they both have to deal with the wrath together. THEY ARE NOW IN THE WRATH OF GOD TOGETHER. (You don't feel me)... Right here is where God gives us some teaching, but you got to catch it. When marriages start to go through storms, rocky times, financial turmoil and the bond is stretched..... (Remember) you were built for the fight. Adam could have went to God and said, "this woman, she's not for me, she didn't listen to what I told her, I told her not to do it", Eve could have went to God and said, "Lord, you gave me a weak man, he can't rule or he would have ensured I never went against what you said".

Just as Adam and Eve dealt with adversity together, in marriage so should we. We should set our minds so that we are prepared to face trials together, no matter which one is to blame. From the very beginning of our existence man and woman have faced trials together, and it will be that way until Jesus returns. So next time them haters go to talking, or the money get low, or the marriage loses a flare or two, or he hurts your feelings, or she hurts your ego... remember... (if) Adam and Eve faced the wrath of God together... is what you all are going through really that serious?

I got to say something to myself on this one.

"Man, you are cold with it, preach brother"

Hello Mr.Shakeim Edmonds,

Trouble in marriages is expected and will always be the case as long as humanity exists as it was in the case of Adam and Eve that you referenced.

However, what I am most concerned about for your sake is that what happened in the Garden of Eden was meant to happen which started life off for man and woman as God intended. A person that has not the spirit and wisdom of God would think that something went wrong, but exactly what happened was God way of putting man's Free Will to work. Because, when Eve ate the forbidden fruit it came from the essence of curiosity which God gave us to advance ourselves in our human world. This curiosity of Eve then turned into the use of Free Will that God instilled in man otherwise man would have been living as human robots and never having to be born and die all in the Garden of Eden. That is not how God intended for humanity exist.

Anyway, what is most important to me is that I want you to understand the biblical story of creation came from the mind of the Israelite people who are the Jewish people in the state of Israel today. Black Americans are not Israelites. And therefore, we will have an opportunity to write how we believe God created our world and we are also going to have the opportunity to write our own religious book since we have a genuine prophet in our midst and our religious book will tell of our struggles from plantation slavery to where we are now and how God can and help us out and into our own country. The Bible is the account of how God help the Israelite and the European gentiles and Black Americans are neither one of these people, am I right.
