If you haven't had your plate of pancakes it's not to late because today recognizes National Pancake Day! You'll find possibly your resturant serving up some that may be free or even at a discount. The national day was started in 2006 by the food pancake giant IHOP's for it's fund raising for The Children's Miracle Network. Their goal for 2012 is to raise 2.7 million for their charity. If you check out your local IHOP's you can get a free short stack for your plate's pile up. Hurry, the day will soon be free pan cakes gone.
