The family of a 17-year-old African-American boy ( Trayvon Martin ) shot to death last month in his gated Florida community by a white Neighborhood Watch captain wants to know why the captain has not been arrested. The shooting took place after police told the watch captain to let them handle the situation after he called in about the young black man being in the community.
