This is the immediate mediation that will keep your mind focused on the Lord's will in your life. Right now! Life in this temporal body is not promised tomorrow in this earth, but to have an eternal life is worthy of our meditation immediately. Right now.
"And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and
saith unto him, "Ephphatha" that is
be opened."
And straightway his ears were opened, and
the string of his tongue was loosed and he spake."

"Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the
opening of my lips shall be right things."
[Proverbs: 8: 7]
Right now is the opened meditation. This is so you will be always ready in hearts filled with the love of God and you keeping the meditation every where you go and in every thing you do.
Let the words of my mouth the mediation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O'Lord my strenghth and my redeemer.
