China has experienced it's first death in December 2011, Cambodia and Vietnam are also experiencing cases with positive results of the deaths from the deadly virus which resulted in a mass cull of birds. So far Indonesia has been the hardest hit in human death tolls with 155 deaths reported since 2003 according to the World Health Organization. The diseased flu has been designated to spread with bird to human contact. Experts fear that the virus could mutate and become more transferrable from human to human would or could cause a world pandemic.

This is a sure caution to watch for.
