100 Million Losers! Makes A Mega-losing record in ticket Lotteries...
That's a record setting loss to those who played the biggest cash lottery in history to date. Over 100 Million people lost and it's reported that only 3 winners won the super prize along with 3 other winners who became milliionaires. 158 ticket holders will cash in $250,000 dollars. Americans felt a bit disappointed and grumbled, but overall the buying tickets were at their gamble. It's estimated that the lottery craze racked in 1.5 billion dollars in ticket sales for a chance at the big pot. Big winners tickets were sold in Kansas, Maryland and Illinois. I don't buy them either. I have purchased a few before and my biggest win was $2. I'm not proned to the chance thrill. I am glad it helps in education funding. Although, I really don't hear about where that money goes. It's myteriously funding because so many school systems are saying they are broke and in lack of state funds....Hmm?
I consider riches with other definitions; and life is to short to spend counting on big money, there is so much other beauties to bring a wealth of treasures all around us. It's a real wealth I've come to know to and appreciate. Of course I need it to survive in daily necessities, but the point I'm making is I need simple things to give wealth of necessities to a calm and peaceful happiness. I can't bargain or trade the joy.
