Enough Talking
I have found that I have little patience of debates and arguments for the sake of exercising my fingers or cheek muscles. I believe that nothing will be better until we make it better. My new motto: "Self-empowerment is about SELF! We should not wait on others to do for us tomorrow what we can do for ourselves today!" We can't wait for "superman", our President is not God incarnate- we MUST evaluate our lives and determine are we working against ourselves or for ourselves. In life there is no neutrality. If you aren't helping yourself, you are hurting yourself. Are the people in our lives really helping us? If not, they are hurting us. We demand the nation balances the budget but in the meantime let's balance our own spiritual, financial, emotional and physical budgets!
If we really do believe that our community, county, state and national leaders have the power to transform/impact our lives then do we not recognize that we have an even bigger power to do so? It doesn't matter what they do at the White House if you aren't influencing what happens at YOUR house.
Personally, my life is bigger to me than just a "vote" for a politician. I will NOT turn over my fate to anyone who is not vested in me beyond a campaigning period. I have to be the one to me take charge of my own life and I suggest others do the same. Enough Talking!

Great message and I agree! This is our time and gone are the days when we could use the 'man' as an excuse for our failures in the home, in school, and within our community. I'd like to check out your website when it's up and running, keep us posted.
