Halle's Ex Gabriel Aubry Drags Her Back To Court, Wants A Fortune

Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry were back in court today as Halle's baby daddy wants to increase his child support payments from the actress.

According to TMZ, Aubry is looking to “substantially increase” the monthly payments he receives from Berry, even though the former couple shares custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.

But things did not go according to plan for Gabriel, he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance as the paperwork wasn’t filled out properly.
