Approximately one year ago a controversial story allegedly involving
Dominque Strass-Khan and an assault on a hotel maid has reversed that now Strass Kahn is suing the maid for degradation of character and thus causing possible his chances to run for presidential election in France. The law suit is $1 million in damages plus and undetermined amount of punitive damages. The countersuit cites claims by presecuters that Diallo proved to be an unreliable witness and concluded she had lied about her past and offered different accounts of her behavior which followed the incident. Nafissatou accused Strass-Kahn of forcible oral s*x and trying to rape her in the luxry suite of the Sofitel Hotel in Manhattan. However, the charges were dropped after discovering that the maid’s charges had lost credibility. Straus-Khan filed the suit on Monday, May 14, 2012.

Well good luck to him at getting 1000 dollars out of Ms. Nafissatou. ... And for the record, I believe what happened to her at the hands (or should I say private part )of this man ... Next time, Khan should think with his head (the one with the brain not the one in his pants). I am sorry Miisrael, but its time out for discrediting victims on a technicality. What does her past have to do with her present situation? I'm sorry, its just not right in my eyes. Women have come a long way, but we still have alot farther to go, eh.
