Can anyone help me with the Trayvon Martin case, please.

Mr. Zimmerman is claiming self-defense in that he had no other choice but to shoot Trayvon to save hinself from the whipping he was getting, right.

Now, alot is being said about the visible wounds of Mr. Zimmerman in an effort to make things favorable for Mr. Zlmmerman I am supposing.

I would ask the question at what point did it started. In other words, did this incident began when Zimmerman shot Mr. Trayvon in self defense or did this incident began when Zimmerman decided to get out of his car and go after Trayvon inspite of the police telling not to so.

I would reason that the self defense claim or the stand your ground law of Florida is not workable because the altercation first began when Zimmerman got out of his car wih a firm intention of confronting Trayvon who was not breaking any law. Therefore, it would suffice to say that Trayvon felt he was being attacked and was fighting in self-defense.

Trayvon did not know that Zimmerman had a gun. Trayvon was at a 110% disadvantage.

Am I wrong? Are my reasoning weck?

Not only is he automatically guilty for getting out of his car to confront Trayvon. He shot him in the heart so that he wouldn't live to testify against him.

@Heldn,

Why do you think Zimmerman is automatically guilty because he got out of his car?

OMG! man, now you sound like a man that is paying attention, you are 100% correct this started when Zimmerman got out of his car but have you noticed that no one has mentioned the police telling him not to pursue the kid. he should have the book thrown at him and if not we all should be in an uproar because it is saying that it is still OK to kill a black man in 2012 just like it was OK in 1936. this is a modern day lynching.

@Mr. Watson,

Florida has a STAND YOUR GROUND law, am I right. This law means that if you are attacked and you kill your attacker it is self-defense. This law is all about phyiscalaity accord to the legal analyist and getting out of your car even when you are told not to do so is not physical, but instead a mentally thing.

What have you to say now?
