Oh that's simple: her heart. As a guy, I'm most attracted to the heart of a woman. While it's not a standard body part, it is the part that I can see and feel the most so it stands out to me.

I think it largely depends on the guy and whether or not he thinks he has a chance go get into your skivvies right away, but I'm going to guess it lingers somewhere between your boobs and your booty (possibly depending on the guy's race) with the face, legs, thighs, and hands a close third.
Personally, I'm a hip man, and always have been. I have no clue why but it is what it is. However, I definitely notice boobs. For one, they're noticeable and they stand out, pun intended. Most guys are probably like that. We all have a strange obsession with them even thought do nothing more than just exist and be.
But there's something about unearthing a nice pair of chest puppies that just makes even the most stodgiest men smile. And booty, is just booty. It's curviness has caused civilizations to fall. And if that's not true, I'm sure at least three car-accidents in urban centers have occurred because of a heavenly derriere.
In general, I'd say boobs. Think about it, why do so many women get boob augmentations and lifts, etc. It's not all just to feel good about themselves; you all know that men are looking, ogling, and paying too much attention to them. We can't help it, we don't have any so we want them, hence the over attraction.
