1. the individual has been convicted of a violent felony according to a criminal back ground check or documentation provided bu US immigration and customs Enforcement.

@any and all not on planet stuck on stupid...Ca. is a state that has been ordered by our supreme court to release a certain # of prisoners from their prisons...they can not discriminate with these releases by :creed, skin color genders or nationalities...p-e-r-i-o-d!!! (smile)
