Voters lined up to cast in their tallys to vote yes for gambling in their region of the rural Matsui region. Tapei is known as one of the largest gambling places in the world now has opened it slots to people in that region. It is the very first time voters have had gambling permitted. Gambling giants have waited for the opportunity to spread throughout Taiwan and voters reported to support the idea for gambling in that region. Voters approved the agenda 57% for and 43% against casino gambling. In an efford to also improve jobs and employment to a remote area, casinos may find employment increasing to new hires. Presently, the areas are known for mainly fishing ports, but may attract more visitors and improve the infrastructure since gaming would find tourists making way to the remote areas. Most of residents feel a little uneasy, but are willing to take a chance.
