American Idol fans were slightly disappointed as Jennifer Lopez announced she has confirmed her departure from the show. Lopez surprised many when she confirmed the rumors and stated that she would be leaving on a high note. The radiant super start said that her busy scheduled prompted her to the call it quits and return to her other projects. The 42 year entertainment beauty revealed that another factor was the company of Steven Tyler who left prior to her decision. Lopez said the two of them shared a magic. The star reportely earned at least 15 million dollars in her last season. Jennifer said no matter where she goes on the next career steps she would always takes the memories of being on American Idol.
