Kanye West Says Mitt Romney

Kanye West Says Mitt Romney "Don't Pay No Tax"

DAVID JOHNSON · Friday, September 14th 2012 at 7:13PM · 762 views
Kanye West is the most recent hip hop artist to address Mitt Romney in a song. Unlike Nicki Minaj, who caused much controversy by claiming to be a "Republican voting for Mitt Romney" in her track, which she later explained was a subliminal dig at the Presidential candidate, Kanye addressed Mitt's tax controversy in his new single "To The World" featuring R. Kelly.

In the song Kanye raps the line:

"I'm just trying to protect my stacks/ Mitt Romney don't pay no tax/ Mitt Romney don't pay no tax."

For a while now Mitt Romney has been a target of much speculation over his unwillingness to disclose his tax returns, and now Kanye is making people aware of the fact in this new song. It looks like the support for Obama in hip hop continues.
