I believe that some males make the choice not to be something in life. My brother (s) where both raised in a single parent home due to my fathers untimely death in adolescent. He has never been in jail, drugs or in trouble with the law. He's married and successful. I believe it's a "choice" as the young man grows and the mother's job to make sure she teaches him morals. That's my only opinion. Yes, the next generations need to be protected!
