47%
Romney doesn't care about 47% of the American people and Ann is mainly worried about Romney's mental health if he'd be elected. At the same time, all they're doing is desperately spreading the most horrible lies about Obama's record, without offering ANYTHING specific themselves.
If our democracy is functioning well, this couple should NEVER get into the WH. If you want to be president of the Read More... greatest nation on earth, start by taking the American people SERIOUSLY. Talk to them in an honest, open, sincere and respectful way. Admit the strong points of your opponent. Congratulate him for everything that he improved. And then show us some independent studies proving that you'd do even better. THAT's how you build a campaign that the American people deserve.
Romney has done EXACTLY the opposite (as has the entire GOP since a couple of years now). Instead of learning their lesson after the Bush debacle and changing course, the GOP leadership decided to simply double down on the same policies AND the same campaign strategy. That's perfectly understandable, IF you accept the fact that the GOP has been reduced to a bunch of ideologues who "don't care about fact-checkers". But it's totally UNACCEPTABLE if you believe that in order to have a vibrant, thriving democracy and Republic, you need TWO serious political parties.
