High inflated gas prices are causing California drivers to painstaking driving. That’s due to a recent refinery which exploded earlier last month. Since the refinery was responsible for the gas supply of many Californian’s gasoline. Prices in some places rose to over $5.00 a gallon. The Governor however, is trying to help out citizens of California by applying restrictions to hiking prices, and by an early release of the winter’s reserve refinery meant for colder days. California has the highest gas prices in the nation, leading at almost 40 cents more than states in the nation.
