Did You Know? Breast Cancer is Closely Tied to Estrogen Exposure.

Breast cancer is closely tied to estrogen exposure. Estrogen promotes cellular growth in the breasts so any factor that increases estrogen exposure may increase the risk of breast cancer. Exercise training significantly reduces estrogen production, which is the primary reason why it is recommended in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Moreover, vigorous types of exercise (i.e. high-intensity weight lifting, jogging at least 5 miles per hour, bicycling more than 10 miles per hour, swimming laps) lead to the greatest reductions in estrogen levels.

and, we should add a bless you Dr. for this info also...

I remember when in the late 90s my doctor telling me after recieving the answer to how many years I had been on the med, he said there was now a cut off date for how long it is safe to be on this med. And, that was all and no more prescriptions for them....but, being me, I discusted this with fellow students eventhough they were to young to even be taking them and here I found many different makes sense answers from them as expected as studyis to find answers was their thing to make sense also. .

So against thanks so much Dr. Nina. the life we say just may be our own...(smile)
