A PRAYER FROM MIISRAEL: OUR COMFORTER
Today’s signs show where societies of men have become much more elevated to doing ungodly things. There are acts and deeds which are unclean; and in many ways considered unholy. Often, we or someone we may know can be affected by wicked ways of the ungodly, and we have only one real Comforter which is found in Our Lord God of Heaven.
Together let us pray...
FATHER AND COMFORTER:
In these days of peril and troubled times
when men rather learn to follow ungodliness…
“You bring joyfulness.”
“You give mercy to the afflicted.”
In hours of sadness and disparity
when deeds of the wicked seek to tangle and disdain our hope….
“You bring joyfulness.”
“You give mercy to the afflicted.”
In trials we bare and burdens we are oppressed
when love is omitted in men hearts who thrive with hate..
“You bring joyfulness.”
“You give mercy to the afflicted.”
You are our Comforter.
In deeds of trust we share your goodness.
In sadness we are indeed glad and full of joy.
In trials we overcome with seeds of faith.
When hated we have your inequitable passion to love.
“You bring joyfulness.”
“You give mercy to the afflicted.”
