Has TV One found two new sirens to join the season 2 cast of "R&B Divas"?
There's chatter that Nicci Gilbert isn't the only one leaving the hit TV One reality show! According to FunkyDineva.com, Faith Evans may also have opted out of an encore on "R&B Divas."
It seems Nicci simply wasn't invited back for another season, despite being an executive producer for the show. Apparently, she didn't test well with viewers. The circumstances surrounding Faith's rumored exit have yet to be revealed.
While it's not clear why Faith would be leaving the show, TV One has wasted no time finding her replacement. Supposedly, Angie Stone and Sunshine Anderson (remember "Heard It All Before?") will make their debut on "R&B Divas" next season!
Neither Angie nor Sunshine have commented on the casting rumors at this time, but each comes with her own intrigue aside from undeniable talent. Angie shares a child with D'Angelo while Sunshine was once signed to Mathew Knowles Music World Entertainment.
Syleena Johnson, KeKe Wyatt and Monifah are all expected to return next season.
