A new law gave aging Chinese parents a outlook from children whom have neglected to take care of their eldery mothers and fathers. The lawmakers of China's government passed a law on December 28, 2012 that regulate that children must visit and check on their aging paternals regularly. In turn, neglected or mistreated parents are allowed to take their offsprings to court and sue their children for parental neglect. This is in an effort to help the aging population which haven't been or; are not look after by their children. How often the children will have visit was not indicated in the new law.
