A search and rescue effort left two teenagers unfound as they disappeared under the Budd Lake's frozen icy waters on January 6, 2013. Rescue teams search all day to recovery bodies of the teen age boys but to no avail. Conflicting stories indicate said the teens were out of the lake when they went under. Two others people in a boat tried to save them but the attempt was futile. Rescue efforts were called in from local counties but had to call the search off after dark, The search for the teens will resume on Tuesday, January 7, 2013. It was not clear why the teens were on the frozen lake, but it may be specualted they may have been skating, boating or sliding on the frozen ice when they both fell in. It is feared the boys have may perished.
