Just Because One Can, Should He? Docs Deliver Newborn (Although Parents Died in Car Accident) via C-Section
Docs went over and beyond to preserve this newborn's life, but in hindsight (which is 20/20) did they stop to ponder the consequences of a baby living through the tragedy of being an orphan not having his mother to suckle him with her breast milk, love, and warmth? Comment on the blog re: your answers to the questions?
1. Do you think Docs should have delievered the child (in the first place)
and
2. Do you think it was the child's fate to die with his parents?

To the first question, yes. The doctors tried to save a life, that is their job.
To the second question, no. I don't believe it was fate. The doctors tried and failed. That sometimes is the case, doctors do not have unlimited powers.
As far as the child would be an orphan, the child still deserved the doctors' efforts to preserve its life.
