I'm scared of you! I agree with Helen... go buy a wig and try it out first~Ha! I'm a bit on the conservative side~ Ha!
Juicy... I will be turning 49 in a few weeks... And out there on the college campus with younguns and Professors... ((hint)) ((hint)) I find myself to be adventerous!!
Conservative is good... BUT I am one to just try it out.. YOU only live once.. And I do have wigs as well... I have just about done everything to my hair... It grows back...
I tell you... I would not have even looking at a picture of hair color/makeup... blah... blah.. My ex-husband was so... jealous... He never wanted me to do any of that ...
No more pony tails for me ((wait... I can buy a clip on ponytail)) anywho.. I have always had long thick hair... but I hated the long process of hot curling, wrapping, covering up my hair... nope done that... If I wasn't afraid to see what it looks like bald.. I start wearing dreads with three four George Clinton style... Well not that farrr!
You seem to enjoy the hair colors...and at least if you don't like any color of your choosing you can revert back to black. Since you like short styles it's easier to change colors often. Be sure to keep your hair well conditioned, sometime coloring frequenently can damage your hair or scalp. Be cautious with your STING!
@Irma... the first time I cut my hair... I had it streaked with platinum blonde streaks... I liked it for about a week.. people kept telling me it made me look older... So I just went to the corn rows and braids for about 9 months and when I finally took them out permentantly my hair had grown down to my shoulders. If you saw a picture of my son's hair ... it's long.. almost to his butt... I just wash and condition my hair and it grows fast. Especially when it comes to hair and coloring... I USE LESS HEAT and condition often...
The second time I had it colored (it was long) and I had a auburn red color... that was my worst experience... my hair was badly damaged.. They had to put the clippers to my head (high fade on the sides and back... ) ...
@Miisrael, yes I like doing things spontaneously... My two things I love is hair and shoes... Those things I will go over... way over the top with... and also I'm short and alot of times. I feel like I wanna "standout" ... I'm a social honey bee... and me/she/her... always has to mingle!! LOL...
oh... and some people believe women are to be seen and not heard...

Very nice Cynthia. I don't think you should do anything more to it. Too much color can really damage one's hair especially if it's applied to regularly.

My niece has a two tone look, where her roots are red and the rest of the hair is blonde, I think it looks pretty good. I have a wig with blonde streaks but I don't think that I could picture myself with all blonde hair. I would first go and try on a wig before putting all that die in my head.
