A mother and her teenage daughter did what was some might call the unforgivable. Trying to use tickets for rides on the Septa train station to go for a ride caused both of them to leave behind the teen-ager's baby. So as they departed each one of them thought the other had the baby, only to leave the sleeping tot sitting alone at the station. One of the employees at the station noticed the baby sitting in the stroller notified police and kept the toddler safe. Upon returning the frantic two claimed it was all a miscommunication on who was to take the baby along. However, a night in the lockup may well have been avoided. The two were glad and apologetic for their actions. The baby noticeably slept well with a nap.

It really never pays to do at least a little bit of wrong doing...

What was the wrong doing? We're they trying to swindle their way into having a free train ride?

I don' t understand.

Yep! They were using tickets meant for a free ride for students. Each one of them could only use one per household, so I think the tickets were marked so they couldn't go together on the same train and had to go on separate trains.

Now that's messed up; the Obama admin should do more to help poor struggling African Americans as much as he is helping GLBT'S communities so that people like this mother and daughter wouldn't have to " try to beat the man" for a discounted train faire! Why not provide train vouchers for these struggling in the African American community like the family in this blog?! Sad. And my relatives are in love with this President who hasn't done anything for them!! That makes no sense to me.
