PereZ Hilton Blog: Halle Berry Is Cutting Baby Deals With Fiancé Olivier Martinez?!
DAYUM. Halle Berry has only been pregnant for a little over three months, and she's already running into some bogus legal DRAMz!
According to reports, The Call actress apparently made a deal with her fiancé Olivier Martinez about who gets custody, who will pay for child support and simple things like bottles, diapers and formula if they break up — but celeb lawyer Steve Kolodny is saying that rumor is a bunch of poop. The attorney stated that a deal has NEVER been made, and not a peep has even been made about coming up with what seems like a baby prenup. Plus, Kolodny also notes if an agreement like this isn't authorized by a judge, then it doesn't even mean anything.
It seems like Halle is gonna have one heck of a time being pregnant… especially with things like this happening. Sheesh!

Ok, you guys know that Halle's my girl. However, I don't like this current news of her pregnancy to this OLivier character because I'm still routing for her and Gabriel to make mends. Yes, I know its wishful thinking but Gabriel is far hOoOotter than Olivier and he's a lot more s*xier. I'm really not all that happy about her being engaged and wanting to move to France with Nahla.
I'm glad Gabriel put his foot down and stopped that move. I will let you know another thing. I don't believe Olivier will hang in there with the BabyDaddy Drama to stay in the States when he really wants to go back to France where he is from. Perhaps, after everything is said and done this little romance will wash over after the new baby comes like it did with Gabriel.
We know Halle is not without her own personal demons. I want her to be happy, but I think she gave Gabriel a perfectly great guy a bad run. It appears she was using him and I think that's wrong. And on the matter of Nahla being Black or not Black... I think she should say she's biracial for which she is. At least she looks more mixed than Black like Halle does. It just makes more sense to me!
