Falling walls of brick and rubble tumbled down as a entire building fell. The commercial building was a site of crumbled stones. At least 80 people have perished and more may be accounted for as an 8 story building fell down covering up it's inhabitants. The building housed Many were injured and transported to emergency care. The location of the building in on the outskirts of Dakar. At least 700 people were reported injured, but as this story unfolds count tolls may rise. The building located in The Rana Plaza in Savor is completely demolished. According to news sources the building was only inspected on Tuesdays and showed signs of a crack in the wall. However, no immediate action was taken to investigate the damaged wall. Hundreds were working in the building as it houses garment factories and businesses. A similar tragedy occurred last November 2012 as a factory fire killed many. Officials offer little rule of safety to factory owners and their workers for safety in their working environment. Locals residents are looking for conditions to improve in areas of safety and perhaps some governmental influence to put in practice better working environment for the factory employed,
