Tuesday, April 23, 2012 the region of Xinjiang, China was discovered in a violent attack of terror. The attack left 21 persons killed. The violence according to news media was conducted with weapons, of guns, knives and axes. As fear gripped the region, government officials called the attacks "Acts of Terrorists" at least 6 residents were effected, 6 police officers killed and 6 natives of the Turkish Muslim people died. Law officials have not connected any specific group to the terrorist attack, but in the past China has sited groups from Pakistan, India, Central Asia as well as Islamic groups for such violence. This fierce attack was one of its worse in recent months. Again, none of the group[s] listed may or may not be culprits of this latest attack on April 23, 2012.
