Irma, I'm glad you enjoyed the picnic! Sounded like a wonderful time. I could visualize your description of those hats toppling off with the wind blowing and those little weighted things too! Oh, too bad your garden is heat suffering. Maybe you're still able to savage some harvests.

Here at the house! We have some nice 70's mornings and some mid 89 to 90 evenings. Sometimes though we reach around 95. :-)

LOL!!! AT LEAST WE IN CA. HOLD THE RECORD...

IT WAS HOT 105 TODAY HERE AND WILL BE HOTTR 106 TOMORROW AND THEDAY AFTER BUT AT THE PICNIC TODAY THERE WAS A WONDERFUL COOL BREEZE ACCENTED BY THE TREES WE WER UNDER IN TH PPARK..IN FACT THE BREEZE TURNED INT OSUCH HEAVY WINDS IT WAS BLOWING SUN HATS AROUND ANDLIGHT TINGS ON THE TABLES, BUT THIS DID NOT LAST LONG.(SMILE)

MIISRAEL...IN TIS PART OF NAVADA, TAHOE IS HIGH UP IN THERSIERRA OUNTINAS AND AS A RULE THEYAE ALWAYS COOL THIS TIME OF YEAR BUT NOT THIS YEAR...THEY EACH YEAR HAVE A 24 HOUR RACE NEAR TAHOE AND IT WAS ALMOST CANCELLED THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF THIS HEAT. SAN FRANCISO IS NEVER HOT..WHAT AM I SAYING, IT ISNEVER EVEN WARM.LOL!!!....CAN'T SAY IT NOW IT IS 74 NOT 62 NOW AS NORMAL.(SMILE)

OUR EVENING NEWS WEATHER CAST SAYS WE WILL BE OUR OF THE100 + MADNESS ON SAT. AT 97DEGREE...MON 105, TUE 111 AND GOING DOWN EACH DAY AFTER THIS. THEYHAVE COOLING STATIONS OPEN NOW IN A LOT OF PLACES...SO FAR NO BROWN OUTS. (SMILE)

111 TODAY AND IT IS AFTER 9PM HERE AND STILLIS NOT DOWN TO 90 DEGREES YET...MY GARDEN IS SUFFERING FROM THIS HEAT. (SMILE)
