OFTEN SKIPPING THE STEPS ... TO TAKE THE ELEVATOR?
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord;
and he delighteth in his way.
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down
for the Lord upholdleth him with his hand.
I have been young, and now I am old,
Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,
nor his seed begging for bread.

Aches and pains sometimes you need to move, allow the Lord to build your strength, sometimes of course you have to take the steps. :>)
