Another killing raises questions about "Stand your ground"
Months after the killing of Trayvon Martin, another unarmed black teen is gunned down in Florida. The killing of Jordan Davis has not received the same attention, but the parallels to the Trayvon Martin case are hard to miss. The trial of the man who admits killing Davis, Michael Dunn, is expected to begin in September, and he is also claiming self-defense. Anderson spoke with Davis' parents, Lucia McBath and Jordan Davis. They were joined by their lawyer John Phillips.

WE MUST REMEMBER TRAVON'S CASE GOT S MUCH ATTENTION BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST...THE VERY FIRST ONE TO BE GIVEN AN ARREST FOR THE KILLINGS THAT UNTIL THEN ONLY GOT YOUR WORD YOU WERE STANDING YOUR GROUND WHEN YOU KILLED A NONWHITE THEN SENT HOME TO REST IN PEACE FOR EVER AND EVER FROM ANY POSSIBLE ARREST.
