******l atrophy, also called atrophic vaginitis, is thinning, drying and inflammation of the ******l walls due to your body having less estrogen. ******l atrophy occurs most often after menopause, but it can also develop during breast-feeding or at any other time your body's estrogen production declines.

For many women, ******l atrophy makes intercourse painful — and if intercourse hurts, your interest in s*x will naturally decrease. In addition, healthy genital function is closely connected with healthy urinary system function.

Simple, effective treatments for ******l atrophy are available. Reduced estrogen levels result in changes to your body, but it doesn't mean you have to live with the discomfort of ******l atrophy.

Is this the women version of men Erectile Dysfunction?

Jen Fad Wednesday, July 31st 2013 at 10:57PM

Yes, VA is the female s*xual dysfunction that affects many women and leads to an unhappy s*x life, but it's treatable. The thing is that many women aren't talking about the problem or sharing it with their doctors. Many doctors aren't educating their female patients about the problem. Hopefully this problem will be well known as ED is now.
