Speaking of climate change, do you think that weather engineering is contributing to the problem?

Terra-forming/geoengineering is currently theoretical, proposed by Carl Sagan in "The Cosmic Connection." I have mentioned it on my physics blog: search directly on www.physics4thecool.com, it's back there somewhere. I have no evidence that such a program currently exists, largely because if it did, it would counter the Koch-sponsored missive propaganda against the conclusions of climate science (generated so-called "controversies" to maximize fossil profits), and would most likely for that reason be opposed.
