How do you judge the quality of a dialogue?

The quality of a dialoguer is judged by the questions and answers and occasionally a statement put forth by both sides. It takes intelligence and good will on both sides of the isle to develop the truth that is being sought in the discussion

But, when you have one side that is not answering the questions of the other side you don’t have an honest and up-right dialogue and eventually what started out as a good subject to talk about turns into a dispute. This is always the case with stupid people and this site is full of stupid people

Every on this site are stupid Black American people, when are you all going to change for the better? With such a stupid operating brain how in hell do you all expect to stand shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the world of intelligent people when we soon become a sovereign people.
