Breathing and relaxing in a peaceful thought on God.
You'll think it's outside the box!

Think on this:
Simplicity of God's peace are momentous!
I only have to take the in Spirit's breath of life.
I become part God's center peace.

Stunning Peace

Try this right now:

Sit up or stand.

Inhale hold for five seconds.

Exhale blow slowly out your nose.

Inhale hold for five seconds

Exhale blow slowly out of mouth.

Do this several times.

Feel the coolness of breaths, and then say a silent prayer in your thoughts.

Feel Peace.

For a nice breath stretch

Sit or stand straightening your back.

Hold arms at your side

Take in a breath

Bring arms together in a fold with hands meeting like in a prayer.

While bringing arms together

Exhale the breath, from your nose or mouth blowing softly.

Repeat as many times as you desire.

Then take in a few inhales and exhales to end the breathing.

Feel calm.

You can do these anytime, and almost anywhere. Outdoors is great too!
