That's the noise being heard at Fenway Park in Boston, MA on the night of October 30, 2013. The 6th game of Boston and St. Louis had fans and supporters of Boston's at home came reaching a high sox potential. Boston beat St. Louis with game point of 6-1. That was all it took to bring Boston the victory. With it's lagging from last place to champs meant the World Series for them. Daniel Ortiz quoted holding up his Most Valuable Player trophy said to the fans "This is for you!" Cardinals seemed to be a threat to the Sox at first, but after making a tie and keeping the wins, it was Boston's Sox striking and playing out that most awaited win.
The Boston team has won World Series Games before, but it's been almost a century since they've won at home in Fenway Park. That dates back to the Babe Ruth days. Last night's winning was their 8th world title.
"You talking a baseball fan, that's me!"
