They are already doing weather engineering and doing more harm than good. But that may be by design.
I need no more proof what they're doing than looking up at the sky here in the Central Vally and seeing it with my own eyes. There is also HAARP, which which they are moving the jet streams around.
Dangerous stuff to be playing with.
