The credit given to Blacks for many inventions during slavery is it really true.
Back in the ‘60’s during the riots I remember White sales men going through out all the Black neighborhoods through the country selling books of inventions of Black slaves and our parents were buying up all these books.
I am just wondering how a slave can work from sun up to sun down and still have time to bring home from the cotton fields his plans to work on at night. Do you think the slave that invented the cotton-jinn? Do you think the slave that invented the stop light did the same or are those books full of lies?
It is just a matter of analytical reasoning, but I could be wrong.

Just think for a moment. Everything we know and have is what White America taught us from the cradle and the things we have are the things White America allows us to have am I right. So, are these stories of slaves inventing things really true?
