A truck carrying 61 youths was part of a child trafficking ring which relocated children to Gambia. The height led to arrests of a ring criminal works who took children away to beg and use on the streets to collect monies for the under ground ring of child abusers. Sources stated that the children are transported for care in Koranic schools where they are accepted, but also used in ways to bring in monetary funding by begging. The source said that such schools are not uncommon to use children involved in under ground kidnapping and imports of children are not uncommon. This recent group of children showed signs of some sickness, but are now in protective custody of the UN. This latest recovery makes a dent in such operations of child traffic organized crime.
