A PRAYER FROM MIISRAEL: A NEW THANKSGIVING

This week led my path to speak of a New Thanksgiving in poetic verse. It is also a prayer and a praise.

A NEW THANKSGIVING
GOD'S PILGRIMS

Heavenly Lord!

"Let me take you to the Escapes!"
To the first Thanksgiving!
The one that remembers the cross.
He carried the cross nailed hands and feet.
Place a crown of thorns upon his forehead!
"They pierced his side!"

Now we have a new Thanksgiving!
One that bring us all eternal living.
Before the world He gave up Life.
Amazing Grace was the Sacrifice.
Defeating death He overcame.
Holy, Holy is His name.

Today, there is a new Thanksgiving!
One that brings LOVE the gift of living.
Afterlife is now a promise true.
Advancing faith our strength is renew.
Paid in full the thanks never ends.
Christ our Rock on whom we can depend.

If we keep aboard and do not stray...
We become God's Pilgrims today..

To live LIFE in thanks ever more!
Christ has opened up the heaven's door.
Lionsgates our Center Peaces!
God's love has not boundaries reaches...

Praises up in heaven shout!
Thanksgiving is a roust-about!

Catch the breath!!!

We raise our hands up to the high!
God of Thanks to occupy...,
His kingdom He's called his bride.
Heaven's Gates will open wide.
