I viewed this on youtube about a week before you posted it. However I don't think they should title the video "Is Islam a Religion Of Violence or Peace" but rather "Is the nature of (some) people who practice Islam violent?"
Islam is a peaceful religion, but just like every other religion, there are some people that will use it to justify their violent actions, or xenophobia, or whatever it is, by twisting the words. Violence can be found and reflected in every major world religion, every minor world religion, and in the lives of atheists and people who don't have any religious affiliation at all.
